We don’t adhere to a fixed standard range; our approach is entirely customized and consultation-driven. Our primary goal is to attentively listen to your preferences and desires. That being said, in recent years, our most frequently requested kitchen designs have included contemporary handleless kitchens and hand-painted Shaker kitchens. You can explore images of these styles on our kitchens page, as well as discover other design options.

We can typically provide a kitchen in under a month when required, though the timeline can vary depending on your chosen style. We strongly advise reaching out to us as early as possible to avoid rushing the design process. This way, we can collaborate with you over a sufficient timeframe to refine every last detail to your satisfaction.

We typically provide a comprehensive quotation that encompasses all aspects of your kitchen project, including furniture, internal storage systems, and other hardware like handles. In addition, our quote usually covers worktops, sinks, taps, potential splashbacks, and any appliances we’ll be furnishing. The installation cost is listed separately on the quotation for transparency. We take care to outline precisely what’s included in our quote and can offer guidance on any additional items that might be required. This ensures you have a clear understanding of the overall project costs before making a deposit commitment.

We offer a complimentary initial consultation where we’ll visit you to discuss your needs, get to know your preferences, and gain insights into your likes and dislikes. Afterward, we’ll create an initial design concept along with a quotation. If you’re satisfied with the proposal and wish to proceed, we’ll request a modest deposit. This deposit allows us to commit our time and resources to collaborating with you to fine-tune the design until we’ve achieved a result that brings you delight.

After completing all design tasks, we will request a second installment, coordinate with any other tradespeople involved (such as builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, and flooring specialists), and establish a structured timeline. At this stage, we’ll procure all the necessary materials and components for your kitchen, proceeding with manufacturing and organization in preparation for the installation. The final payment will be invoiced one week before the scheduled kitchen delivery, which also marks the commencement of the installation process.

On average, a complete installation typically spans 2 to 3 weeks. Most of the work is typically accomplished within the initial week, followed by the templating process for the worktops, which requires an additional week for manufacturing before installation. Once the worktops are in position, the sink and hob can be connected. Any wall coverings, such as tiles or splashbacks, can also be installed at this stage. Lastly, if you’ve chosen a hand-painted kitchen finish, this will be carried out once all other aspects of the project are completed.
